From 28 to 30 September 2021 in Monaco in the restaurants "Cafe de Paris" and "Blue Bay" new Russian-French gastronomic festival Les Saisons de la Gastronomie was held with great success .

These unique festivals have been held since 2010 in Paris and the Cote d'Azur. They are very popular and well known for those who like to eat deliciously - both the French and the Russians. The author of the idea and the main organizer of the festivals - famous connoisseur of haute cuisine Natalia Marzoeva .

Each festival takes place in one or more famous French restaurants, usually for 2-3 days. Guests are offered a menu made up of the best dishes of the basic restaurant and dishes of invited Russian chefs. Representatives of Russian culinary preliminarily acquaint their French colleagues with their technologies and teach to cook according to their own recipes. It turns out a "four-handed" dinner - two cooks cook it together.

This year from the Russian side in the festival from the Yalta restaurant "Doctor Whisky" participated - brand chef Andrey Savenkov and sous-chef Ivan Spichonok. From the French side participated: from Blue Bay (one Michelin star) - chef Marcel Ravin , from Cafe de Paris - chef Franck Lafon and sous-chef Patrice Guillet .
