The creation of the Just Mutual municipal fund was unanimously approved by the Mougins municipal council. “This is a very important decision for all residents in the context of supporting their purchasing power,” said First Deputy Christophe Ulivieri.

The project was based on the results of a survey conducted by city officials to determine the needs of residents. Of the 500 people who responded, 86% were over 60 years of age. “From 60 to 79 years of age have reacted en masse (...) to receive guarantees at a better price,” emphasized Christophe Ulivieri, “because when we see the share of pensions in relation to inflation, there is a decrease in purchasing power.”
